The Black Soul Circus consists of people that are known from Lionheart Brothers, Loch Ness Mouse & Simon Says No.
This début seven inch contains both traces of American west-cost and more dirty 70s rock. A very good band that we both hope and believe will deliver a lot in the years to come. Their debut album is supposedly around the corner, and if this single is an indication of what we can expect, we’re in for a fantastic album

Bio
The Norwegian band The Black Soul Circus is partly based in Oslo and in the small costal town of Haugesund. They are releasing their début album, on Big Dipper Records, this fall. The golden area of Rock, Pop and Americana from the sixties and seventies influence their music. Without compromising they enter into a contrasting sphere of whispering subtle songs and earsplitting cosmic jams.
The members have been part of several others musical constellations and come from different musical backgrounds; shoe gaze, indie rock, country, blues, gospel and hard core. This leads to a creative friction where music is created with passion and dedication.
The album will of course be available on both CD’s and other digital medias, but they take pride in also presenting and AAA (fully analogue) vinyl release. The process of doing it “old school” is somewhat more time consuming and difficult, nevertheless the band insists that it pays off acoustically and artistically.
