The best kept secret in music

"From the countdown start to each searing arpeggio this is improv at its core. There is some damn fine guitar work here. The legato and sustain bring visions of Allan Holdsworth to mind. The solid rhthym section both melds and explores the limits of the structure of the piece. After the initial listen I found myself going back to revisit it again and again to listen to new phrases that somehow escaped my ear. This is a fine offering that should be heard by all Jazz enthusiasts. I must admit I had a hard time deciding which piece to post in the spotlight. Jam 9 From Outer Space is most impressive as well. Looking forward to many more selection from this very versatile trio."
