'Where have The Bleach been? Judging by their command of the matter, rehearsing madly. This, more or less orthodox, young power-trio, already flaunts the same level as other acclaimed artists of the scene. As soon as they develop their own personality they can end up as a top band (...)'

Bio
Winter of 2001. The South of Madrid. Railway lines. Factories. The Bleach were going to spend 4 years locked in their rehearsal room. Writing hundreds of songs, playing over and over again, singing their hearts out, with no one listening. Touched by the magic wand of the greatest 70s bands, the classic rocknroll and their big figures. Without ignoring the modern rock, but feeling closer to any black bluesman from 1930. If a song can't be played just with your guitar, its not a decent song.
Its from 2006 on when they really started to play around the small clubs and venues circuit of their city and other towns. Named the revelation act of the Suite Festival 08 by Go Mag. Winners of the second price and the best guitar player price at Festimad 09.
In 2008, The Bleach recorded their debut album, Shining Blackout, at Geek Records Studios, under the command of the mythical musician-producer-engineer Anne. Shining Blackout is recorded using only analog technology, just like 40 years ago. From Pretty Little Girls primitive intro and the rollingstonian orgasm of Gotta Love You's outro, through the visceral riff and drums of Crystal Ball, to Diggin, a song that Skip James himself would had signed if he'd have been born 60 years later. This album will see the light before the end of 2009 with algoenblanco Records.
