The Blithedale Romance was originally the combination of Rob Graham and Jason Renna, two kids from South New Jersey with a dream of creativity. Then, with the addition of Steve Hoffman, The Romance became an electric vortex of awesomeness.
The Blithedale Romance sound is a blend of Indie, Alternative, and Rock. The band's songs involve the crowd and gets everyone pumped while listening live and at home. The song "They Call Me America" serves as their big sing-along/hands in the air song. If you like more of a rock out anthem, "I'm Tryin' to Sleep" is the track to listen to. If you like that song, you will love the track called "Throw Up Your Guns" because of its fast and edgy sound. The band also loves to perform covers. Their favorite to perform is "Are You Gonna Be My Girl" by Jet. There is also talks of an EP in the works for The Blithedale Romance with producer/engineer Dave Ryan of Pilot Studios.
The Blithedale Romance is a great collaboration of musicians who have been friends for years, coming together as a solid band who will be rocking out for years to come!
