A Stunning Success
I have to give credit to Fran on this one, tonight's show for the Manhattan portion of the Halloween album release party was a hit. So many of the bands showed up and everyone had a good time. Here is my review (of The Bloody Muffs):
Bloody Muffs- They didn't have their shit together this day but they had a chick dance in front of them and flash her boobs, in other words, they were the best band of the night.
- Cull The Herd
I have an advanced copy of the new 4th Of July Compilation. I am very happy to have been a part of it. So far I really like The Bloody Muffs song called Fireworks & Beer best. Not just because I am referenced, but because it really captures the spirit of the holiday, well at least it does through Jonsey's eyes. It's honest and well put together.<br>Cull the Herd 5/25/08 - Cull The Herd
...the Bloody Muffs whose even more lewd reputation proceedes them. This time they brought their new drummer Kat for the ride... Kat complimented Jonesy and Johnny very well with their hits "Halloween", "Fireworks and Beer" and their cover of Black Death\'s "I Like Pussy" among other classic Muff originals and covers. - MC Too Tall
I think I just witnessed the birth of something great. I am a muff man for life!--CULL THE HERD 7/4/2008 - CULL THE HERD
Just perfect for Xmas... the good people at Beer Vampire send me
"All Hallow's Eve"
-One hell of a disc featuring BLACK DEATH, BOX OF CRAYONS, SEA MONSTER, THE BLOODY MUFFS, THE SNEEZY T'S and BELT to name just a few of the 24 bands waiting to tear you a new one. An ideal stocking stuffer for the spikey, died and dirty.

Bio
The Bloody Muffs are New York. Born in the gutters and raised on the streets- this is not for the faint of heart.
The Bloody Muffs are currently recording the debut CD Heavy Flow throughout the summer with a fall release pending. The band is on hiatus from the public view during this period w/a few scattered dates as drummer Kat Kaos takes time off to give birth to her second daughter Lilly. Gigging is expected to return around the time set for the release of Heavy Flow (thinking Otto's on the 3rd Monday of October, but nothing is set as of this date). The band is appearing w/o Kat Kaos as Them Bloody Muffs for 3 unplugged gigs in Aug-Sept until Kat returns in October. The Bloody Muffs are are booking for November 2009 and beyond.
Any interested parties can book The Bloody Muffs from Nov 2009 on.
