The Book Was Better

We have deep indie rock and emo influences but it's not limited to that. Our emotional intensity is reflected in bands of these genres, but we have also been influenced by heavy rock bands like The Deftones, and classic rock such as Queen and MC5. Having been musicians almost our entire lives, and most of us having been to music school, we like to write songs that are complex and intricately layered. Overall, our main influences have been the following bands:
