Bio

The Boys Of The Fort was formed in 1994 in Fort Scott, Kansas. The current members of the group - Ben Ingram (bass), Paul Walrod (lead), Casey Jay Brown (baritone), and Bryan Ganer (tenor) - have a very unique and distinctive vocal blend. It is evident when you hear them that they have been honing this sound for a long long time. There are any number of southern gospel quartets and groups, but very few have crossed the line into country music. The Statler Brothers, the Oak Ridge Boys, The Four Guys, 4Runner, the Gatlin Brothers are just some of the musical influences of The Boys Of The Fort. Although they sing country AND gospel with equal ease, they are very much against being pegged into one particular category. No matter what they sing, people walk away from a Boys Of The Fort show knowing they have been entertained, and loving them.
