The Cast

Christian Dobson and Thom Heise's friendship and love for music since childhood propelled them to form the band which we now know as The Cast. They formed the band in the summer of 2007, with later additions Bryan Hadaway (drums) in fall of 2007 and newest member George Yuhanov (guitar) in summer of 2009. Over a year passed with the band practising only a handful of songs, refining their sound and technique; before any major promotion or music was released.

The Cast have been classified under genres such as "Highly charged indie rock" and deliver an alternative sound in their intense live preformances. The band is well known for playing charity events, such as those for; Unite for Sight, Aids benefits, Free & Feed the Children and many more in the future.

In May 2009, the band joined forces with Ex-Static Entertainment as their management company. Although their manager, Josh Q, had been there since the beginning, it was in May 2009 that papers were signed and it all became official. The managment has majorly picked up the pace for the bands' media exposure, and they have already completed their debut EP (Company Street Lights) due for online release early November; and official release shorty after. The band has hopes of touring and releasing their debut full length LP, for early 2010. For a fresh, innovative and unique sound, keep your eyes and ears open for The Cast in the near future.
