To those who do not know who we are, we are "The Changing Of Times."
The Changing Of Times is Christian Rock/Melodic Metal band formed in 2009 originally with Jaypee Ucol, Hugo Hernandez, and Jake Hicks. As a power trio, they were able to hold their own with a different sort of 'sound' and even play and place in the top 2 in the 2009 Battle Of The Bands at Baylor. Whilst being the midst of the hectic college life and knocking out school obligations, they recruited Jay Robinson and rounded out the lineup. With influences as numerous as the stars...
(can't really say that it's an exaggeration here, since it really ranges as far as AC/DC to At The Gates to August Burns Red, Kutless to Killswitch, Pink Floyd to Pillar to Pantera, Mars Volta to Mozart to Megadeth, Red Jumpsuit to Red Chord to Rodrigo Y Gabriela, Skillet to Symphony X.. and of course, Chuck Norris and Steven Seagal...)
...they developed their 'sound' that evolved as a mix of piercing and catchy melodies, synchronised structures, intricate riffs, intense technicality, and aggression that reaches inward with clash of sound and fury with a sense of urgency, but at the same time mainting a message of positivity, unity, and hope for people out there no matter what race, or creed, or gender.
