Chelsea City Council (originally the bart Steele band) was formed by Bart Steele and was a group of friends playing lots of covers (really anything you like!) and playing around with some original work. The longer the group played together the more serious Bart became about his original work. Teogethre with trying hard to become a original band members of the early band got replaced by the members of the current setting. The band is now complete and just brought out there first album 'Everything at Once', devoted to ADD rock. Chelsea City Council is a energetic band that knows how to move the crowd.
