THE LOVE REBELLION (LATEST Now available everywhere!)
THE DITHER AGE (album 2009)
THE GREATER GOOD (album: 2006)

The Circle View sounds like what the future of music could be if it were truly free of the shackles of modern conformity and narcissism.

Lead by songwriter, producer and musician Lance Ayers on lead vocals, guitar and keys... the Chicago Illinois natives hypnotize audiences with their own unique fusion of beautifully melodic and unforgettable hooks, amazing musical arrangements, rock guitar prowess, pop sensibility and high intensity live performances. This formula allows the band to cast a wide net, capturing the imagination of fans and peers alike.

Rounding out this ensemble is Tom Howell on lead guitar, whose approach to the instrument is akin to that of a John Mayer meets Mark TremontiChris McKenna on bass... who could pass technically and esthetically as a young Felix Pastorius. The brilliant Justin Shields on luscious and vibrant keyboards and last but not least... one of the most creative, dynamic and technically gifted musicians in the game... Joey Williams on drums. Each musician brings to the table their own unique experience, creating a refreshing and distinctive sound that has become T.C.V.

And so now, building off of the buzz from their last album, The Love Rebellion, and having returned to the U.S. following a successful tour of South Africa including a unforgettable performance at Oppikoppi Music Festival the band took some time to write and record some brand new songs which features their latest experience called Loving You Is Hard. A brand new full length album and tour is scheduled to follow the release of this new single.

And it couldn’t have come at a better time. The Circle View’s music and vibe cleverly harkens back to a period in music history that embraced artist ambition over careerist compromises. The band’s song writer Lance Ayers seems to have found a balance between a musical futurists perspective and an intellectual and spiritually nurturing “record-collector’s” brand of sonic poetry.

Somehow it is familiar and inviting... while at the same time sounding like nothing you’ve ever heard before. Some fans attribute this mostly to Lance’s unique vocal stylings which contrast today’s overly high pitched and auto tuned male vocalists and falls more in line with more soulful tenors like Sam Cooke, Al Green or Prince.

Joell Hayes of Phonology Studio in Chicago states, "From the very first time I heard his music I knew Lance was special. Now he has the right group of guys with him. Its only a matter of time for The Circle View."

Rick Barnes of Rax Trax Studio in Chicago describes the band last album’s first single, "Limited Time as “One of the most clever, snarly, catchy and utterly pissed off songs I’ve heard in a long time. You’ll be captivated by this band right away as soon as you hear it."

The Circle View is unstoppable. It truly is only a matter of time.
