Captivating choruses and dynamic instrumentals are packed into each and every one of The City Walk's songs. The Great Lakes State natives marry a diverse array of pop, rock and punk into crowd-pleasing ready tracks that bleed with an emotion that's too often dominated by posers, pretenders, and phonies.

The quintet - consisting of vocalist Ryley Grayson, guitarists Joshua Gallentine and David McNeil, bassist Jimmy Blankenship and drummer James Reinhardt, formed in January 2010 combining members of three local bands. Combined, group members have performed with the likes of bands like The Maine, Rookie of the Year, and The Dangerous Summer.

With experience already under their belts, The City Walk wasted no time writing and recording. In April 2010, they recorded "Ms. Direction", their debut EP with Mick Maslowski at Zoinga Recordings in Detroit. Quickly creating a buzz, The City Walk took it to the streets and showed the public they have the drive and the melodies to break through the typical music scene stereotype.

The City Walk prides themselves on the skyrocketing passion and energy of their live performances. With songs like Evidence (scheduled for a music video shoot in September 2010) and Slowly, concert attendees are sure to never forget their perfectly paired melodies and riffs. Even with a brand new EP turning heads, The City Walk is not prepared to slow down any time soon. The self described ambitous and hard working group have more than half a dozen songs ready for a future release.
