The Classic Breakdown is 3-piece originally from New Sharon, IA but have recently relocated to Denver, CO to further their success and share their music with everyone around the country. Formerly known as "Every Other Thursday" (, TCB prides itself on having a wide range of influences, from John Mayer and Incubus, to the Foo Figthers and Breaking Benjamin. TCB's current release on Chilihead Records under the name "Every Other Thursday", their album "Questions", has marked The Classic Breakdown's arrival onto the rock scene by providing listeners with thunderous bass driven anthems, powerful high energy ballads and even showcases the band's acoustic roots with an all acoustic track. Look for TCB to be traveling to your area soon, as they are currently developing new material will be setting out to share their music with the world.


Radio Play on college radio in Iowa, potential deal in the works with 93.3 of colorado for radio play. Primary single pushed has been Holding My Hand and Untitled, our secondary release is Apology.

Set List

We open with our songs from our major album, very high energy on stage and out sets are anywhere from 40 minutes to a couple hours depending on the venue. The covers that we mix into our songs are Everylong by the foo fighters, we have done some Hands open by Snow Patrol. Also play Hey there delilah recently at some acoustic venues.
