Feeling a bit camera shy

If the Beatles were an indie rock band in 1998, they could wear their letter jackets and hang their tassels from the rear view mirror with pride and be among this great student body. Class president Steve Wilson (voice, guitar), Colby Pitts (drums, cymbals), Ben Harms (bass guitar), and Nick Baumhardt (guitar, voice) invite you to sign their yearbooks at and check the bulletin board for announcements.

After a developmental date with Interscope Records the present student body has finished the 7-song EP Talking With Your Ghost. This term paper turned senior thesis reads more like a screenplay than a collection of songs and listens more like a work of art than a commercial. The songs are haunting, quirky, immediate, and timeless.
With 5 years of engineering and producing experience, and as owner and operator of Flickerlight Recording Company, working with artists like the Juliana Theory and Matt Wertz, Steve and the band write, record, and produce all of their own music in-house. Some of these recordings have been featured on MTV and WB’s “Smallville”.

Like Rushmore's Max Fischer, these classmates cannot leave the glory days of homecoming, prom, chess club, football, and dashlight romances behind. Somewhere between the working class and the leisure class, bridging old school and new school, emerged The Class of 98! So put your comb in your back pocket and wear your letter jacket and class ring with pride, and we’ll see you at the pep rally!
