Bio
The Clay Faces were born in late 2006 following the break-up of trad/punk acoustic outfit 'jugopunch'.
Whilst touring the uk folk circuit we wrote a bunch of original material, that never quite sat right within the jugopunch set. So after breaking-up, we went back to square one and formed The Clay Faces, with the intention of getting back to our roots, writing music which relates to the things we see around us here in the grim north of england ha har. Our Influences range from: Nick Cave
