The Clay Wilson Band was formed in the fall of 2006 in the dorm rooms of Texas State Univerisity, often playing early into the morning. Since then, this up and coming band from San Marcos has rocked many of the local bars with good energy, good music and even better friends. Always a crowd pleaser, the Clay Wilson Band mixes great sing along covers with well written original songs that easily become your new favorite song. The band's members include Clay Wilson coming all the way from Fort Worth, Zac Prince, The Barefooted Drummer, and Justin Long hailing from the great city of San Antonio, Monica Germenis out of College Station and Hunter Brunk from the little city of Houston, Texas. Together they are known as the Best Party Band in San Marcos. They will be recording their first full length album soon.
