Bio

The Company of Adventurers present live performance installations for live acoustic instruments, film and audio. Following the successful deployment of Project A, for live piano and six film projectors, the Company recently debuted Project E, “The Ascension of Micky’s Piano”. The Company’s debut recording will be released this coming year by US-based Snow Ghost Music. The Company of Adventurers is lead by pianist Jeffrey Neufeld and director Rob Kelly.

“Original, artistically interesting, and thoroughly his own person”, pianist Jeffrey Neufeld has performed across North America, Europe and South America, playing with “power, confidence and thought” (CBC Radio) in a wide range of venues, including London's St-Martin-in-the-Fields and Turner Valley's Flaring Derrick.

Director Rob Kelly has produced shows for Fox Sports International, the award-winning documentary "Building Toward Beijing" and Exit, a work for video and electronic music. His strong visual sense and ability to work well with corporate clients and performance artists has enabled him to create a broad resume in both commercial and art house environments.

Violinist and orchestra leader Brinna Brinkerhoff has toured internationally, while performing with symphony orchestras, as a soloist, and with artists such as Rod Stewart and the Tokyo String Quartet.
