In 2006, Justin and his old band Zayante were awarded two L.A. Music Awards for Best Singer/Songwriter in the Jazz category and Best Singer/Songwriter in the Blues Category.
You can find Zayante's self-recorded, award winning EP "In Between a Dream" on itunes, napster and rhapsody.
In 2007, Justin's old band Zayante played at the world's largest Earth Day festival, The Green Apple Festival in San Francisco alongside of names such as Stephen Marley, Bob Wier, and Willie Nelson.
