Bio

The Coyote Gospel brings the spirit of the high country west alive with their unique blend of acoustic instruments, bluegrass vocals, and percussion. , The Coyote Gospel has been electrifying audiences since its inception nearly three years ago. The band is now playing to a larger audience and is performing throughout Colorado. The Coyote Gospel has performed at Jazz Aspen's June and Labor Day Festivals, the Yarmony Grass Festival, The Festival in the Clouds, the Historic Wheeler Opera House, and many Aspen-area venues. The Coyote Gospel has opened for: The Drew Emmitt Band (formerly of Leftover Salmon), Honky Tonk Homeslice featuring Billy Nershi of String Cheese Incident, The Mammals, Hot Buttered Rum String Band, and New Monsoon. The Coyote Gospel's original music is featured in the recently released “The Ride of your Life” a film about Olympic athlete Chris Klug, and will be included in upcoming releases from 2007 Aspen Freeride Films, and a fly fishing television program produced by Beattie Outdoor Productions currently filming in Slovenia. The Coyote Gospel has received radio play on: KDNK in Carbondale, CO, KSPN in Aspen, CO, KZMU in Moab, UT, and KPIG in Freedom CA.
