All band members are from Reno, NV
Ed Schauer: Guitars/Vocals/Song writing
Wallace Marsh: Bass/Vocals/Song writing
Doug Kornbrust: Percussion/Vocals/Engineer

Notable Events:
„Ï Traveled to Nashville and opened for Pam Tillis of Country fame at the Grand Ole Opry during a private party for hundreds.
„Ï Released three albums of original music. Folk/Rock/County all influence the writing of the members.

History:
1997 ¡V CRITICAL MASS was founded (drums/bass/guitars). First gig was at the Outer Limits. Original music was always in the forefront. All members wrote music and the unique sound came from the four part harmonies.
2002 ¡V Changed name to The Critical Mass Band (TCMB)
2003 ¡V Released first album of original songs entitled ¡§Primary Impact¡¨
2004 ¡V Released of original Folk/Country sounding album ¡§Gone Fission¡¨
2004 ¡V TCMB became a three piece and in late 2004 added keyboards.
2005 ¡V Release of bluesy album ¡§U Split¡¨
Present ¡V TCMB currently a three piece band with a new bass player (Wally) and writing more original songs

Strengths:
„Ï TCMB is highly adaptable. For most events, the band features their original material with a classic rock flavor, mixed with well selected cover tunes, but the set lists can be adapted as needed to include country tunes and highly danceable rock covers
„Ï We are sensitive to volume limitations and will not blow people out, unless they really want to be blasted, in which case, we have the equipment to handle that
