Frankie and Davo are THE CROOKS.
They are young & upcoming talent from Melbourne (Aus).
The Crooks have already gained plenty of local attention for playing the hardest blues and roots driven music!
They do NOT disappoint when in comes to delivering on live performance.
These boys have a long history of music behind them. Having grown up in one of Melbourne's most creative pockets, Frankie & Davo literally grew up surrounded by musicians / original music. Both have earned vast experience through playing in various original bands over the years. Frankie further embraced his love for music by studying a post graduate Music Degree.
The boys met as chefs cookin' in a restaurant kitchen in 2007.
Frankie & Davo instantly connected as musicians and THE CROOKS were born!
As a live band, THE CROOKS definitely capture their audience,
simply because their music is that good!
As people Frankie & Davo are true Musicians (and awesome chefs). They have a real passion behind everything they do.
They work hard and play hard.
Both boys also love to have a laugh.This sense of humour is evident in their work.
The Crooks have independently released a self titled Ep. Also amongst their long list of gigs,The Crooks have played along John Butler Trio at Melbourne's well known "Day on the Green" festival.
The Crooks are working on releasing an album.
Currently their focus is on securing more gigs/festivals around Australia.
In a sea of original Aussie talent, The Crooks are one band who have the ability to out grow their humble beginnings...

If you haven't figured it out already, THE CROOKS embrace all of the traits that live up to their name.
They got the cheek, attitude & the charm that all good crooks attain :) Yet, these boys have definitely 'mastered their craft' along the way.
