The Cuatro Project

Carlos Capacho has developed an impressive musical career as soloist “Cuatro Venezuelan”. His command of Cuatro and impeccable technique has earned him the recognition of important musicians international and led him to explore various scenarios within and outside Venezuela. He is considered, in the opinion of experts, one of the best (Cuatro Player) performers internationally. Their music has allowed him to performances in different stages of the world such as Mexico, Cuba, Trinidad and Tobago, Colombia, China, Peru, France, United States, Holland, Portugal, Brazil.
In 2007, under the title of “Carlos Capacho and Cuatro” offers its first musical production of Cuatro Soloist performer, earned “Gold record”, which includes issues of Venezuelan and international repertoire include arrangements and themes. In August 2009, there launched of their new album “Evolution” has established in Venezuela the bestselling albums gaining “Platinum record” with a jazz trio format and an international repertoire. Since early 2008, started as Teacher of Cuatro and Venezuelan Music, at the Conservatory Venezuelan Simón Bolívar, 2011 – Founder and Director of the Youth Orchestra of the Conservatory of Music Venezuelan Simón Bolívar (El SISTEMA) JOSE ANTONIO ABREU was created Leading a national system the State Foundation fort he Venezuelan System of Youth Orchestras (FESNOJIV). 2011 is official member “Global Transformer” Young Leaders Global Shapers Created by the World Economic Forum based in Switzerland.
