raised by wolves, educated at Oxford, the Cursive Persons are a power trio from Athens, GA with nothing to lose baby... We combine the raw enthusiasm of hard rock with layers of melody and very dynamic drums. The bass and guitar drive a lot of the melodies forward similar to Sunny Day Real Estate, Jimmy Eat World, and the Cure. The vocals sing like Simon and Garfunkel or the Byrds, lyrically we try to be as honest and heartfelt as possible taking a cue from bands like Belle and Sebastion, the smiths, or modest mouse. the Drums are an explosive of sound that rivals such talents like John Bonham or Travis Barker.
