2005 was the release of a 4-song ep titled "Bring The Beat Back." Which has gained attention not only in the Midwest but also in England as well. The song titled," Truth stay's In Rooms", has been played both live in the studio and over the air on 91.7 WMSE, and on Rock 102.1 (Milwaukee Rocks). Local Music show.

since conception in late 2003. Satisfying the line-up and beginnig as it's happened. The Cut-Out's are 4 friends who have known one another since childhood. Formulating with an inspiration for obscure 80's synth-pop all the way to early stages of Brit-pop and bringing it back to the heart of many influences from The Cure, Wire, The Jam, and The Beatles just for starters. Amid playing a style of bass and drum enfused energy followed by the high powered melodic songwriting ability of Joel VanGorder and the presence of an ambient bound style of post 80's synth-pop delight on the keyboards. Playing gigs in the Milwaukee area and spreading the sound into the cities of Chicago, Madison, Green Bay, and Indianapolis. 2004 and 2005 have become break through years not only playing over a half dozen shows in Chicago and opening up for National Acts "The Stills" (Vice Records) Recording artist, By Divine Right Spin Art Records, Keane, and Diamond Nights. Playing a radio debut in late 2005 on 91.7FM WMSE (Milwaukee). Expect a full-length album out very soon as The Cut-Outs begin recording their first full length in April of 06. The Cut-Outs plan to do a big tour of the East Coast by the end of the year. As they lead themselves forward into the path that will emerge!
