our first LP entitled Positive Identity was released in 2006. Our second album No Hits Three Errors came out in 2007. Soon we will be releasing a third live album yet to be named. We have a handful of stations in Northern California giving us airplay.

This current line up of The Dan Frost Confluence is comprised of three world class players.The three of us are also music educators.Our music has been featured on a few west coast PBS affiliates in the form of taped concerts and commercials. Most airplay we have received has been west coast. Our music is accessible in all the usual places. Most of our touring takes place in the summer,but, not all of it. Between the three of us we have played the west coast,the south and Western Europe. One of the things we like to do is raise money for school music programs so that they can afford instruments and lessons and such. Mostly, we like to entertain a wide age range of audience. This we tend to do well. A lot of our instrumental music is catchy and dancable for everyone. This band is hugely influenced by a lot of the early progressive rock,RandB,blues and Pop. Because of our influences,we play a large variety of styles enabling us to capture a larger audience.
