The Dark Horses are an Austin-based rock band. Formed in 2009, the group is fronted by songwriter Tyler Clark and rounded out by a group of talented musicians with over two thousand combined gigs between them. Their sound is a mix of rock and Americana reminiscent of Ryan Adams & The Cardinals, Drive-By Truckers, and Bob Dylan and The Band. The common thread is a great musicality and the often dark material.
The band has been building a fan base in Austin and the surrounding area with energetic live shows and is currently promoting their new self-titled EP.
