The Dave Elwyn Band

Quite obviously Dave Elwyn is gutarist/singer/songwriter of The Dave Elwyn Band, who has recently written, produced and released his debut album Raw Blues, which includes eleven of Dave Elwyn's songs and features two different drummers, (Steve Roberts and Alex Moller) two different bass players (Dave 'taif' Ball and Gaz Thomas) and a violinist (Billy Thompson). When Dave started work on Raw Blues he was a solo artist who had been in a few bands over the years that had'nt worked out. But he still had loads of songs that needed to be recorded and needed to be heard in the right way. Therefore Dave set about getting musicians that he had met along the way to play as session musicians on the record.
Basically we love the music of the 60's and all our influences are of that era apart from a few good bands since.
