Bio

As the first artists off the indie label, Legacy Entertainment Music Group, this group provides a different kind of feel to the everyday "Midwest" sound this music embodies more of the lyrical rhetoric and intense delivery of greats like Rakim Allah, Kool G Rap, LL Cool J, AZ, Nas, Jay-Z, Big Pun, Big L, ect. Combining dense hood and political commentary, street code ethics, old school gangsta Mafioso, new age braggadocio and club antics, this group proves to be one of the most prominent and versatile up and coming rap groups in a long time. The scary part is that this is just the beginning. This mixtape contains only 3 members of the D.E.A., however they are ever expanding and planning on adding 6 more members for a total of 10 people (the fourth member recently finished a 7-year bid). With aspirations of conquering beyond musical aspects, the group plans to follow in the foot steps of groups such as Public Enemy, N.W.A., Boogie Down Productions, Wu Tang Clan, The Diplomats, G-Unit, to build a movement as opposed to just being a rap game. With connections from the East to the West Coast, Midwest to Down bottom, Overseas and down under, the group has already began its conquest through touring and performing with the likes of Kayne West, Nappy Roots, Afro-Man, Trick-Trick, T-Baby from Dejaun Porter's (D-12) label Runyon Ave., and upcomings shows with D4L ("Laffy Taffy"); community efforts that assists underprivileged families and children; and a heavy street and internet promotional campaign. On the eve of their highly anticipated mixtape, HUSTLE HARD VOL. 1, the group is gearing up to cause even more damage in 2006 with cross country and overseas tour; more community efforts; more mixtapes and albums from other Legacy Entertainment Music Groupartists such as Mega Man, Malano Milli-On, Corey Milli-On, LOLO, Young Za, The Legacy Family, Street Sweeper, Yun No and Young L.Y.N.K.; a production and publishing company; 2 more studios, videos and a movie. With current artist, label, and management deals from indie and major labels, its only a matter of time before the Legacy Entertainment Music Group is the leading label on the forefront of urban music and entertainment.
