Hailing from Las Vegas,NV., The Deadlight Effect have marked their name in their fast rise to the top of the music scene. Combining a bi-polar formula of soothing atmospheric tones with heavy-hitting riffs, matched with soaring vocals.
Influences span from Alt. Rock bands such as A Perfect Circle, The Mars Volta & Smashing Pumpkins, to Metal bands such as Opeth, Between the Buried & Me, Isis, In Flames & Porcupine Tree.
Currently the band is receiving high praise for their new album, Omniscience, which is to be released December 2007. The band plans to heavily tour through much of 2008, so keep an eye for tour dates.
