The Dead Sale - 4 song demo E.P - 2007

Jaded scenesters would have you believe that rock and roll is dead, that today's youth have strayed so far off path, there's little hope for redemption. And for the most part, they're right, but The Dead Sale are here to put an end to that. Formed out of frustration and dissatisfaction, brothers Cory, Curtis and Clayton Schiewek, along with friend and labelmate Steve Cuch, decided to channel that energy into a new project, proving that rock and roll is not dead. The Dead Sale play a blend of music that is pure, raw and sincere. This is the latest in a long list of projects the brothers have collaborated on, including Just Cause, and most recently, Existence is Song. And Steve is no stranger to the hard stuff either, getting his start with hardcore bands My Neighbourhood Doornobb and Afferent, before focusing on his solo project for the past couple years.

They've spent the past six months working on a batch of songs that'll have you pumping your firsts and shouting along on your bus ride into work in the morning. This is not music for the masses. It is not music for people sitting at the back of a bar. This is rock. And this is rock for those that like it loud and in their face, fighting their way to the front of the stage. Rock and roll is not for sale, and neither are they.
