Bio
After a busy and exciting 2012, playing shows with the likes of Make Good Your Escape, Maybeshewill, Cult Of Luna, Tesseract, Latitudes, The Algorithm and Collisions, The Deal Was For The Diamond have recently put the finishing touches on their self-titled full length album, to be released in early 2013. Produced by Mark Roberts (Empora Studios), the album is awash with subtle yet powerful atmospheric layers and expansive soundscapes. Tracks like 'For My Sins' and 'Home' see the Brighton based four piece fuse full-bore post-rock with melodic metal, justifying the praise that was heaped upon their 2008 'It's Not Enough To Reproduce EP'.
