The Dedication

The Dedication is a 6-piece Pop/Rock band from Newburgh NY with a drive to succeed in the every changing world of music. Each member has a strong musical background which together blends so well you would think they were a band for years. Their upbeat songs showcase their ability to write not only music they connect to, but music their fans can connect to as well. With the help of John Naclerio of Nada Recording Studio in New Windsor (My Chemical Romance, Armor for Sleep, The Ataris and more) they have recorded their first EP "Here to Stay" which sold close to 1,000 copies within the first months of its release as well as working with the band to record the first songs of their new album slated for release in 2013. Their single "The New Me" has gained a following by the local Alternative Rock station (WRRV) which has played it several times on it's Local Lockdown Show as well as receiving a ton of hits on youtube, iTunes and more. Their newest single "Cause I Gotcha (In My Head)" has been gaining a lot of exposure as well. The band has shared the stage with bands like Ok Go, Set It Off, Honor Society, Kicking Daises and more! With the addition of Brittany Mac on drums, the band has been taken to a whole new level. She brings with her experience from her time with bands that have played Warped Tour and The Bamboozle. The Dedication is a band that has grown significantly in the short time they have been together with facebook likes and twitter fans going up each and every day. Their live performance can only be described if you have seen them live. They may go on stage unknown to most but will own it as if they have been around for years and will walk off with everyone in the place as a new fan.
