Biography

THE DEEP RED SKY: Scottish 5-piece alternative rock band blending guitars, glock, keys and three part harmonies to create a unique brand of alternative rock. With influences such as Frightened Rabbit, The Twilight Sad and Biffy Clyro, The Deep Red Sky retain a commercial edge whilst striving for creativity and originality.

The summer of 2011 was an exciting time for The Deep Red Sky with the successful launch of their debut EP which received positive reviews and air play on national radio stations including Radio Scotland. This success was furthered across the world due to their YouTube videos becoming an online hit, which saw them invited to tour Eastern Europe in October 2011.

At the beginning of 2012, with an expanded lineup, The Deep Red Sky are set to release their debut album which will showcase the bands full ability and help them secure success in their own country as well as building on their strong global fan base.
