Formed in 2011, this year has seen The Deets come alive....
Having spent 2 years honing their pounding sound & exuberant live act with gigs across the country, at the likes of Cornbury Festival, the Islington Academy & In store at Pretty Green, they have stormed into packed with solid hooks & innovative flourishes.
Hot off their recent sell-out Italian tour, The Deets have already had and action...
"The Deets are nothing if not exuberant. Not refined like a fine wine, or a suite at the Plaza Hotel, more a smash and grab of the liquor isle at the local offie before tearing up your 2 bed semi leaving you with a quiet sense of satisfaction.
Their high speed, punk tinged, tight as a tick sound bares more than a passing resemblance to early Arctic Monkeys but their passion, precision and power is uniquely their own. Formed as all good bands are, as friends with a mutual understanding, they swing effortlessly between resonant indie aficionados and untethered incendiary powerhouses.
