The Delicates

After Andray's tumultous break up with Los Angeles Grunge-Revivalist band, Surtides, in 2011, he decided to reach his core and get back in touch with his roots as a musician. He turned to fellow musician, classmate, and friend, Everth Cruz, to start up on a no-wave, early 80's art rock project in early of 2012. This quickly became their center of attention as Andray and Everth picked up guitar duty while long time friend, Natasha Zahn picked up bass and vocals. With no drummer, they recorded their first batch of songs that would later see a spot on the "Love Bombing For Sex" record, coming soon, with producer and Skeletal Ambitions bassist, David Frederick Brown, laying down the drum tracks. After Andray's bout with depression, he quickly let go of sit-in bass player, Matthew, and vocalist, N. Zahn, and moved himself to bass while Everth stayed on guitar. Both assuming vocal duties. They turned to long time friend and classmate, David Marcelo Columbus, who introduced them to Rip Off!(punk collective from SFV) drummer, Nick SirNachos, in late 2012. They are currently working on their debut album, "Love Bombing for Sex" and limbering up for the possibility of touring mid 2013.
