Discography
In May, the band just finished recording, mixing and mastering a new demo CD at Studio 19 in Portland, Maine. It is by far the band's most polished CD to date and really showcases the musical diversity of this group. From Roy Orbison and Bobby Darin, to Three Dog Night and Chicago, the band wanted to shine and shine they did. Three of the bandmembers sing lead on this release. Drummer Larry Peterson sings lead on "Hallelujah, I Love Her So." Guitarist/Vocalist Rob Babson and Bassist/Vocalist Sandy Pardee sang lead and recorded all backup vocals. Saxophone player Darren Whitney multi-tracked horns and made the band shine throughout the CD. Keyboardist Andy Chipman, the band's "fifth Knight," played keyboards and made the songs even more convincingly accurate, especially on "Saturday In The Park" and "Joy To The World." Closing the CD, the band recorded an original song, penned by Rob called "Big Bass Drum," which featured Rob on vocals, harmonica, slide guitar and acoustic guitar. The band hopes its next release will be an all-original project. Tracks will be available soon on this site as well as the band's website, www.deltaknights.com.
