The Dennis Drummond Group

In 2007, Dennis Drummond, Dan Drummond, and Nick Sainato began playing together as a trio. They went by the name "The Dennis Drummond Trio". Although they still plan to play as a trio occasionally, they got the idea to expand. Hoss Jarman sat in numerous times with the trio. His smooth, powerful, and soulful voice as well as his high energy stage performance added so much to the group. Larry Knell has been playing with the trio for a while. His melodic flute and soprano sax lines were the perfect addition to the sound. This past Winter, Fred Burazer came out to sit in for a few shows and that was the icing on the cake. The combination of his soulful solos and the energy he added to the band got gears turning. The Dennis Drummond Group was the product of this idea to create a group of musicians that can create good, danceable, high energy music. This Summer 2011 will be the formal debut of the group.
