OUR STORY:
The Dirty Vibe came together in Spring 2008 as the brainchild of cousins Nick (bass) and Pete (drums). After parting ways with their previous band, the inseparable rhythm section sought the vocal & guitar talents necessary to make their new group one to notice.
What they found was pure magic. First came Adam (guitar), whose bluesy hard rock tone, epic solos and killer riffs meant the sky was the limit. Then came Anna (vocals), whose classic training, rockstar presence and stellar voice meant the music would always carry equal weight on record and on stage.
The Dirty Vibe was, as they say, ready to rock.
After months of writing and rehearsing, the band played their first show in January 2009 to a rapturous response. It's often said that first impressions last a lifetime, and if that's the case for The Dirty Vibe then they have one hell of a lifetime ahead of them. Their blend of powerhouse hard rock, danceable grooves, catchy melodies and pure rock energy resulted in them hearing one consistent response for the remainder of that night:
"That f**king rocked."
With more than 10 shows under their belts and a brand new EP "Prey" recorded with the renowned Rick Barnes at Rax Trax Studios, The Dirty Vibe is ready to to continue their quest to rock hard and rock often.
