Bio

The Dregs already have a devoted following throughout the country on the strength of both their recorded work and their unique personality on stage. While they began their career on the Renaissance Festival circuit, they have since expanded their repertoire to include a wide range of musical styles. They have been influenced by a wide range of musical styles from the traditional Irish harmonies of Gallowglass to the outrageous parodies of Weird Al Yankovic.

Their on stage approach is to engage the audience in the music as participants in the show rather than passive viewers. They perform an eclectic mix of music from traditional Irish, Scottish, English and Candian Folk music to modern pop as well as their own original songs. All of their songs feature original arrangements with three to six part harmonies and instrumentation where appropriate. The instrumentation is always meant to augment the vocal sound as that is what really makes them shine.

The Dregs perform at several Renaissance Festivals but also have appeared at O'Gara's Garage, The Terminal Bar, Tillie's Bean Coffee House, the Bryant Lake Bowl and produced their own holiday show for the Minneapolis Theatre Garage.

They have been featured on Celtica Radio, Ltd., the AFC Radio Network and Celtic Roots Radio.

They also know the first verse to almost every song ever written.
