"The New Power Pop??"

Outstanding, glimmering & shimmering examples of POWER POP brilliance, these guys have been eating their POWER POP Wheaties!! Pure, transcendental PowerPop Bliss that brings to mind UTOPIA & BYRDS with a FACES-like style. Another POWER POP gem ! - Ear Candy

"Midwestern Rock!"

Much of this will bring to mind a fresh-faced BRIAN WILSON!
Undiluted, Joyous Pop. You will not be disappointed.
- Amplifier Magazine

"Chicago is the NEW Liverpool!"

The Drysdales are Chicago's BEATLES!! Along with CHEAP TRICK & ENUFF ZNUFF, I submit The Drysdales self titled debut as proof positive that the bands coming out of Chicago have turned that place into the new Liverpool.
Five Stars *****

"Best Album of the YEAR"

The Drysdales debut is definately One of The BEST Albums this year! - WXXE-FM - Syracuse

"Midwest Rockers Start out FAST!!!"

Some of the best music I have ever heard! "I Go To Pieces" is more than a cover, it is their own soulful version. Superb vocals and highly original songs, this CD is a Gem - Rock n Blues News

"Drysdales Rip it up!"

The Drysdales debut has a timeless quality with echoes of THE BEATLES & NEIL YOUNG. They nail DEL SHANNON'S "I Go to Pieces" so perfectly that they challenge PETER & GORDON for the claim of creating the definitive version! - Entertainment News & Views

"Flashback to the 60's!!"

Chock-full of psuedo-60's gems.. The Drysdales do not disappoint those of us who like our pop to jangle - Fufkin.com

"Where were you in 1965?"

With all of the correct influences (roughly, any Top-10 circa 1965) which simply places a most authoritative Stamp of Approval across these entire proceedings. - Dead Flowers Top 10

"Drysdales + a Raspberry!"

If you are a fan of THE BEATLES, BYRDS, BADFINGER & RASPBERRIES..
The Drysdales "Do You Feel Allright?" has HIT Written all over it.
- Raspberries.net

"Pop Hooks from Midwest US"

A hook laden blast which is mighty enjoyable.. They channel their wares through influences such as THE RASPBERRIES, BADFINGER, PLIMSOULS, REM, ELVIS COSTELLO, etc.. but they carve out their own identity through the quality of their songwriting.. 7 out of 10 - Leicester Bangs - UK

Bio

Two guitarists/songwriters who wanted to break from their past (ProgRock & Garage Rock) and start something NEW decided to put together a POWER POP Band in the BAdfinger/RAspberries vein. First Album was filled with Energized & Melodic 3-4 Minute morsels influenced by both British, Canadian & US Rockers (Small Faces, Floyd, Beatles, Del Shannon, Neil Young, Raspberries, Badfinger, Velvet Underground, Rundgren, Zombies, Peter Green, The Flock etc..) LOUD, Fun, HUGE Beverly Hillbillies Freaks!!!!

First Album received Rave Reviews (www.thedrysdales.com) and they took the BAnd out to see the "Live" interest. A few gigs and then a chance to play with some "RAspberries" a Smithereen and other Midwesterns (Cheap Trick, Elvis Brothers, The Flock etc..). Most recently supported the RAspberries Reunion at the House of Blues to over 2,000... Recently headlined Chicago Inetrnational Pop Overthrow (IPO) and recording their 2nd Album with support from membres of Cheap Trick, Smithereens, Urge Overkill, Elvis Brothers and others..
