The Dynasty

Hey people whats going on? Welcome to the Dynasty's Official Music Page! We consider ourselves the next big thing thats coming to the music industry. We are from Harlem, Ny and all share the same passion for music. The Dynasty started back in the summer of 2007, with the original members Leek, Mace, and Alley-Mo. We were first known as the "Dream Team" but soon found out that the name was taking so we then changed it to the "Capitol Kids" A.K.A The CapKids. Member Alley-Mo soon went on to college so the Capitol Kids was left with only Leek and Mace. In January of 2008, the CapKids met our current third member Darnelle Dollarz. Darnelle suprised Leek and Mace at a session at a Phantom Studios located in downtown manhatten. Darnelle ability and skills in the booth made Mace and Leek to welcome him to the CapKid family. The Capkids soon made hits such, "In A Fresh Pair", "Lean Wit It", "Represent" and many more. Dollarz was the first to release his mixtape titled "Due Debts". Soon after his mixtape released, the Capkids all decided to change the name to "The Dynasty". We felt that the Capkid name was something too kiddie and we weren't trying to have people take us as a joke. So now we are "The Dynasty" which means; A succession of rukers who are members of the same family, and that describes us very well. So now we have Dollarz working on his new mixtape title "The Green Season" and Mace and Leek working on a collision mixtape titled "The Genesis". We're just doing big things this year, and there isn't anyone whose gonna stop us. But just stop and show the page some love. We would really appriciate it.
