The Earth Between Us was formed in early 2007, following the breakup of two Rochester metalcore acts, CMTE and Dead To You.
Seeking to blend melodic sensibilities with the brutality of death metal and hardcore, The Earth Between Us successfully offers cross-genre appeal with a refreshing injection of musicality to the oft-crowded metal/hardcore genre. Much attention is given to the arrangement and construction of songs, as well as the interplay between instruments, ensuring that every moment is an unrelenting sonic assault.
