Description:Lea Centauri and Thee Immortals, jazz vocalist with ensemble. A Celebration of Music for the benefit of Christopher Rodriguez. Christopher, a ten year old piano student at Piedmont Piano Company’s Harmony Road Music School, was struck by a stray bullet and seriously injured on January 10th. The music teachers at Piedmont Piano Co. are presenting this afternoon of music to raise funds for his care.

Thee Immortals...Jazz, Blues, Avant Funk...a mix of Art and Music....No one does what we do, they really can't! From Howlin' Wolf to Moby to John Coltrane and back, we have the experience and the knowledge and the ability to channel the masters of the music that has inspired us. We proudly carry the torch lighting the path for those who yearn for a fantastic bright new sound with glimmers of the past. Music raised deep in the heart of all of us and brought forth with honesty and joy~ We play the music from within and groove...digging deep to usher in the groove of time, space and beyond. We have been around the world, each of us with their own unique tastes and talents. At some point in time during extensive soul searching and divine inspiration we cracked 'The Picasso Code" which led us into a place of uncharted vibes and ultra hip music. We have one thing in common though~the love of that music and the ability to put on a show that will not soon be forgotten. We play a couple of cover tunes, but everything else is totally original. Have you ever been experienced? ~We have~ A few of the finer establishments we have played; Jupiter in Berkeley, Rasselas Jazz Club in San Francisco and The Orinda House in Orinda. We also headlined the "San Francisco Beat Festival," a benefit for the SF Beat Museum held at the Jerry Garcia Amphitheater in San Francisco.
