Bio

This incredibly talented artist/songwriter/dancer powerhouse, has exploded onto the music scene creating a storm of interest. With her urban-flavored pop sensibilities and raw authenticity she is quickly building a global following.

In early 2017, Emily released her debut single, SUGARCOATED, a collaboration with talented Australian producer Alius. Sugarcoated, with a blaze of bold, vibrant sounds and exotic pop/electro blends reflected the confidence of an artist truly on the rise. Supported with a remix package from DJ Marcus Knight and Sunset Child, the song was played in clubs worldwide and received airplay in the US reaching #40 on the Mediabase Activator Chart.

Emily's second single, BOOM, produced by Grammy Winners, the Jackie Boyz was released in August. With her unique tone, a hook that hangs around long after listening and a remix package by 2016 Grammy Winner Dave Aude, Dave Matthias and DJ Twisted Dee Martello, Boom peaked at #9 on the Billboard Dance Chart establishing a worldwide fan base for its young artist.

Her third single, the anthemic WALK IN SILENCE, produced by award-winning composer Joe Cruz, continued the buzz in industry and media after being debuted at the famous BB King's in New York at the prestigious Pre-Grammy Soiree. Armed with an outstanding remix package by Wynn Las Vegas Resident DJ Marc Stout, Dave Matthias and international DJ Hector Fonseca, Walk In Silence headed straight to the Billboard Dance Chart peaking at #13.

Emily’s next single, SUMMER ON LOCK, produced by Grammy Winner, Damon Elliott and supported with an international remix package from DJ Tony Gia, Mr Mig, DJ Hector Fonseca, MotoBlanco, Control-S, Sebastian Perez and Sammy Porter, was released mid-2018 and peaked at #9 on the Billboard Dance Chart. The song “jumped the pond” and rose to #2 on the UK Commercial Pop Chart proving its international appeal. With a hook you simply can't forget, a cool beat and dance moves to match, it was a red-hot summer hit and was the lead song for her debut tour, The Summer On Lock Tour which saw her performing in 10 cities across North America for the summer.

Based on the success of her debut tour, Emily was invited to join the High School Nation Festival Tour that saw her perform 25 shows to more than 40,000 teenagers across North America over 5 weeks in October/November and growing her Instagram following by a massive 10,000 teens.

Rounding out a very successful year came the news that her music had over 3 million in-store plays and her first Christmas single, Jingle Jingle was featured in the movie Homegrown Christmas (Hallmark).

Emily’s first release for 2019 was SO BAD, a contemporary pop number produced by Niko the Kid. So Bad, with its more mature sound was released with a remix by DJ Hector Fonseca which saw it playing at international festivals.

Bossed Up, Emily’s debut EP, was released in October and contained 5 outstanding tracks. It’s a bold statement confirming her intention to stick around and show up. A true Girl Boss, she held a clear vision for the EP and was the driving force behind not just the music but also the creative development of the EP.

Bossed Up, co-written with Lynniah Herron, continues the common theme of empowerment found in Emily’s previous single releases, celebrating individual power in a way that encourages her fans to embrace her as one of their own. Writing openly and honestly about young love and personal choices, Emily’s music has become a soundtrack by which to stand up and own your voice.

Track 1, KEEPER, produced by Def Starz, is a sonic contrast to Emily’s previous dance-pop tracks. The single has an urban vibe with pop undertones, flirtatious and mature - showing a new side to the versatile musician who is just 20 years old.

NOT UP TO ME, Track 2 produced by Gekko, with Emily's unique, charismatic tone, is melodic and catchy as it tells a story of not being taken for granted and speaking your power. Perfect as a soundtrack for standing up for yourself!

Track 3 from the EP, COME THRU, produced by Composer, intertwines Emily’s playful, infectious pop spirit with her youthful confidence in a fun, sexy, feelgood song.

HERE, track 4, Bossed Up, produced by Mantra, is a slice of mid-tempo pop bliss with an instantly infectious hook, a strong danceable bass line and a feel good, let loose vibe.

GIRL BOSS, the final track from the EP, produced by Solomon Rodney, is an anthem for all the strong badass women out there. This song reminds us that empowered women really do empower women!

Emily finished the year back on the road with the High School Nation Festival Tour and has already been booked for an eight-week West-Coast tour in Spring. Her tireless energy and commitment paint a positive and exciting outlook for 2020.
