The England Chambers Band

Lost Souls crossing paths in the decaying, industrial city of Decatur, IL, the England Chambers Band are a breath of life and culture. The band was formed around the networks of local hippy pizza shop owner Neill Dresen still recovering after a 5 year tour following the Grateful Dead. He plays down home slide lead guitar and facilitates the band in his early 20th century Victorian style mansion built by the England-Chambers family (hence the band name Enland Chambers). Rock and roll guitarist and Decatur local Tyler Bundy and his associate in rock and country, Nick Rozanski, join forces with eccentrics Dresen, Tasch and Walker for a truly fresh musical experience. Keyboardist, Mike Tasch aka Space Dog, has a commercial music degree from Millikin University. Schooled in composition and theory, Space dog brings the music to the edge keeping things innovative and interesting. Drummer and local legend Shalon Walker records with Nickelodeon. Walker stuns audiences with jaw-dropping performances with brilliant energy on the drums. The band is fronted by Jen Hood and Olivia Fehrenbacher, the beautiful dualing divas.
Music inspirations include the Grateful Dead, Little Feat, Neil Young, Beatles, Black Crowes, Led Zeppelin, and the Band. The band works to maintain the Rock and roll tradition with vintage guitars, tube amps, vintage keyboards, down home rock beats, slide guitar, and heavy hitting songs. The band strives to engage audiences with groovy beats and accessible sounds. They work to keep the whiskey flowing!
