"Michael Hart plays acoustic, folky, funk goodness!!!! And he’s playing with.... Lou & Anthony, a very talented local duo, who mix blues, rock, & folk, with guitar pickin’ & fun, honest lyrics. All three have come together to form a sweet new band, Thee Omitters, they are a must see!!!" - Twilight Room

Bio

In 2007 three song writers of truth took the unnamed highway to the “Green City” of Portland Oregon to explore the depth of their undefined quest of music. The two cousins from Lou & Anthony, Louis Guidi and Anthony Bulcao, met Michael Hart in a tavern filled with smoke and blues where the two acts first heard each other play. Out of respect for each other’s progressive words and musicianship they began to play and write music together while putting on multiple act concerts. Their individual writing styles soon became a genre of their own while they still noticed a whole new type of music that was being created together. After developing their unique styles as a duo and as a solo act, they came together to form the trio Thee Omitters. It is with Thee Omitters you can hear their constant redefining of American music; combining Groove with Folk Rock, Jazz with Hip Hop, Funk with Grunge, Swinging Blues with Avant-garde, all put with revolutionary words defining a new approach for the people of a new era. Thee Omitters now know their quest, to omit everything that does not matter from their lives and the listener’s life through this new music.
