"Here's a new single from one of Seattle's flyest female groups, THEESastisfaction. I caught these ladies at their Neumos show, February 11 and really dug their music (which sounds like nothing else in the city) stage presence, and wardrobe swagger. They've got their own fashion sense and it suits them just fine. Categorizing the duo's sound, on the other-hand, isn't easy upon first listen. According to them, THEESatisfaction makes "Psychedelic, Sci-Fi, Rap, Jazz for dat ass," and I can't argue with them on that. On the surface, it's hip-hop, and below that, hipster-hop —a perfect companion to what artists like the Cool Kids and Kid Sister are making, but unique in its own way"
