The Fabies and Friends play a wonderful mix of jazz, blues and latin classics. Derbhile Fabie is an accomplished Irish vocalist and keyboard player based in Chicago. Influenced by great jazz singers such as Billie Holiday, Nina Simone and Peggy Lee, she delivers sincere renditions of timeless classics beloved by audiences all over the world. Joined by Heidi Danos on flute, Rob Anstee on bass and Christopher Fabie on drumset, The Fabies and Friends create a warm relaxed atmosphere with internationally experienced professionalism. Their soulful sound is sophisticated and groovy and their extensive repertoire satisfies music lovers.
