Their songs are of epic proportions. With the heavy riffs, the rock groove, the melodic punk infused vocals and the powerful drumbeats, you feel the energy pumping your heart. The bass is ever so rock steady. The rhythm guitars blast you like a wall of sound. The guitar solos will melt your face. You sing along to the lyrical melodies. The Final Eclipse are a rock band from Melbourne that will lift your spirits and kick your arse at the same time.
The Final Eclipse is inspired by the music and live shows of bands such as Foo Fighters, Metallica, Gun'N'Roses, The Darkness, Velvet Revolver, Alice In Chains, Weezer, Green Day, Angels & Airwaves and Fightstar. Consisting of Sanny (Vocals/Lead Guitar), Strings (Rhythm guitar & Atmospheres), Matt (Bass) & a soon to be announced powerhouse drummer, The Final Eclipse have been working hard since their formation in August 2008.
The band is fresh of a string of successful residency shows across Melbourne and have just released a promotional CD produced by Adam Spicer at Melbourne Records. The CD features the tracks Tragedy, Last Night and Love & Forgiveness which have already become live anthems amongst their fast growing Melbourne and SE Asia fanbase. You can get a copy of the TFE promo CD now at Fist2Face, Rare Records, Missing Link and at their super charged live shows in Melbourne.
The Final Eclipse have are currently in pre-production for their debut album scheduled to be released mid-next year and will be rocking Melbourne with heaps of shows over summer.
