Bio

Great art is always characterized by the ability to move. Have you ever seen a play, or watched a movie that transported you to a completely different place, redefined the way you look at the world, and returned you back to reality a changed person? The five members of The Fleeting Moment have, and this art is their inspiration and their aspiration.

Music is a process of grasping at a beauty outside what our minds and hearts can normally comprehend. It is a journey inside ourselves to find the answer to the question "why?" Why love? Why hate? Why anger? Why forgiveness? Why God? Why not? Most bands are content to ask, but never pierce the veil of normality long enough to glimpse the sun above the clouds. The Fleeting Moment is ready to leap into this journey; this conversation; this longing, and add a new note to the symphony of modern existence.

Jordan Barmore-Amador and brothers Drew and Brad Kramer have been making music since the fall of 2005, when they formed Failsafe with two other friends. A year and a self-released record later, the band quit with the departure of Brad Kramer. Still ready to make music, the three founding members jumped at the opportunity to record a single with Fidelity Entertainment. Under the name The Fleeting Moment, they recorded the single "Six Billion Pieces" with the addition of guitarist Greg Seward.

In January 2009, The Fleeting Moment added Jon Covert as their bassist. Now, as a five-piece band, The Fleeting Moment is ready to make their move in today's scene, starting in summer 2009.
